Membership Frequently Asked Questions
How is my membership managed?
Your membership is coordinated by a Third Party provider (Aglow). Once you’re set up, you can log in and see all your account information and manage it from inside their handy portal.
What if I want more units or additional treatments at my appointemnt?
No problem! You will just pay for these on the day of your treatment – plus they will be at our exclusive membership rates
Can I gift my units or treatment to someone else?
No, your membership is just for you.
If I have a skin membership, can I combine it with an injectable membership or vice versa?
Absolutely, when you join, you’ll have the option to choose the membership options that meet your requirements
Is there a minimum membership term?
There is a 3 month minimum term after which you can cancel your membership with 30 days notice by letting us know in writing to reception@appearancecoach.co.nz
Can I get a refund of my payments if I cancel?
Membership payments are non-refundable; however, any unused credit can be applied towards products or other treatments in the clinic, so you’ll always receive value from your investment.
Are there any fees?
There is a $9 + GST one off setup fee. If you have a failed payment Aglow charges you a $9 excl GST failed payment fee. These fees are set by Aglow.
Do I have to pay for my first treatment upfront?
Yes, think of your membership like a savings plan. Your weekly or monthly payments build credit toward your treatments over time, but your initial treatment is paid for on the day. This ensures you’re not behind on your plan and can enjoy the full benefits moving forward.
How do I sign up?
Once you have chosen your plan and we have confirmed your payment details, we will complete an online form with you outlining the payment plan. Once this has been completed you will receive a text or email with a sign up link. Once you have completed this, you are all good to go!
Can I see what payments I have made and when they are due?
Once you are signed up you have your very own dashboard where you can see all your information, update any details etc. You can also contact support@getaglow.co
