Leisa is the founder of Appearance Coach.   She created Appearance Coach because she wanted clients to experience a clinic that truly cared about them and their results.  It was her dream to have a cosmetic clinic where every single person that steps through the door feels valued, feels listened to and most of all have a team that really cared about helping them achieve their skin goals.   Her passion is cosmetic medicine with a particular focus on prevention and sublte, natural results.  She is an experienced registered nurse of nearly 30 years and a cosmetic nurse of  15.

To Leisa, aesthetics is so much more than just treating a wrinkle.  She see’s it as a way of women recapturing their power, and getting them to see that they are worthy of the opportunities that present themselves and have the confidence to go after their dreams.  By helping women feel confident in themselves and their appearance, the flow on effect is that they are able to feel confident taken on more challenges and live their best life.  Everyone deserves to feel beautiful and it gives Leisa so much pleasure to be a small part of that journey for her clients.

Kim has been a registered nurse for 13 years and in 202 discovered a passion for cosmetic medicine and has been working as a cosmetic nurse ever since.  

Kimis passionate about empowering her clients,  helping them to find their sparkle and love who they see in the mirror.

Her values align beautifully with the Appearance Coach values and her approach is gentle, informative and creating the very best outcome for you as an individual.

With over 10 years of experience as a registered nurse, Kirsty Smith’s journey is one of passion and precision. Before immersing herself in the transformative world of cosmetic medicine, she honed her skills in plastics and cosmetic theatres, fuelling her passion of ensuring clients look and feel their best.

For Kirsty, the essence of cosmetic medicine lies not in drastic alterations but in the form of subtle changes that bring forth a wave of confidence and rejuvenated self-esteem in her clients. She prides herself on creating looks that are natural, artfully rolling back the hands of time to reveal a youthful, vibrant self.

Central to Kirsty’s success is the bond she shares with her clients. Built on a foundation of trust and rapport, while ensuring her clients have great results, these relationships are a testament to her commitment and expertise.

Away from her professional pursuits, Kirsty embraces the outdoors, exploring many hikes and camping with her family. During the week she relaxes by enjoying serene walks with her two Golden Retrievers along the beach. She cherishes moments spent with her husband and three children.

In terms of treatments, Kirsty loves using antiwrinkle injections in key areas for their timeless efficacy.  But most importantly for her is for her clients to walk away feeling better and more confident than when they walked in.

Our beautiful Lana is the incredible woman that coordinates our days, greets you like the friend you are and ensures that our days run smoothly.  We would be absolutely lost without this beautiful soul and I’m pretty sure most of you come just to hang out with her and chat!  Nothing is ever too much trouble and we are incredibly blessed that we have her.
