We want every visit to Appearance Coach to be smooth, comfortable, and informative. Below you’ll find important information about appointments, cancellations, treatment suitability, aftercare, and how to contact us.

Appointments & Consultations

Your consultation is an important part of your treatment journey.

We take the time to understand your concerns, discuss your goals, assess your skin or treatment area, and provide personalised recommendations based on what we believe is most appropriate for you.

Our recommendations are always guided by safety, education, and achieving natural-looking results.

Deposits & Booking Policy

Some appointments may require a booking deposit to secure your reservation.

Deposits are applied to your treatment on the day of your appointment and are subject to our cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change.

We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 cancellation fee or result in the loss of your booking deposit.

If you are unwell, please contact us as soon as possible and we will work with you to reschedule your appointment.

Treatment Suitability

Not every treatment is suitable for every client.

Your clinician may recommend an alternative treatment plan or advise against treatment if we believe it is not appropriate, safe, or in your best interests.

At Appearance Coach, your wellbeing will always come before performing a treatment.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding

Many cosmetic and advanced skin treatments are not recommended during pregnancy or while breastfeeding.

If you are pregnant, trying to conceive, or breastfeeding, please let us know when booking your appointment so we can discuss suitable treatment options.

Before Your Appointment

To help us provide the best possible care:

• Arrive on time for your appointment
• Complete any required forms prior to your visit
• Inform us of any changes to your health or medications
• Let us know if you have recently undergone other cosmetic or medical treatments

Aftercare & Follow-Up

Following your treatment, you will receive personalised aftercare instructions.

Following these recommendations is important to support healing, optimise your results, and reduce the risk of complications.

If you have questions following your appointment, our team is happy to assist.

After-Hours Emergency Contact

Your safety is important to us.

If you experience a genuine treatment-related emergency outside of clinic hours, please contact the on-call clinician using the emergency number provided in your aftercare information.

This service is reserved for urgent treatment-related concerns requiring immediate clinical advice.
