- Liquorice (root) Extract (Glycyrrhiza glabra) (GutGard®): 150mg, derived from 2750mg dried herb
- Ginger (Zingiber officinale) (root 11:1) Extract (12mg Gingerols): 200mg, derived from 2200mg dried herb
Bloat Buddy is vegan and vegetarian-friendly, with no gluten, soy, dairy, corn, refined sugars, GMOs, artificial colours, flavours or additives.
Take one capsule twice daily, 20 minutes prior to food at breakfast and dinner, or as directed by your health practitioner.
